Term & Conditions

1. Definitions:

  • Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services refers to the Packers and Movers service provider.
  • “Customer” refers to the person or entity availing the services.
  • “Goods” denotes the items, articles, and possessions to be relocated.

2. Booking and Confirmation:

  • The Customer must provide accurate and complete information for booking.
  • Confirmation of the booking is subject to availability.
  • The Customer shall receive a booking confirmation with details of the services requested.

3. Service Agreement:

  • The Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services agrees to provide packing, moving, and related services as requested by the Customer.
  • The Customer agrees to pay for the services as per the agreed-upon rates.

4. Payment:

  • Payment is due as per the agreed terms and shall include the cost of services and any additional charges incurred during the process.
  • Failure to make payment may result in the withholding of goods.

5. Packing and Handling:

  • The Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services shall pack and handle the Goods with reasonable care.
  • The Customer is advised to supervise and provide specific instructions for fragile, valuable, or sentimental items.

6. Liability:

  • The Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services shall not be liable for any damage or loss of Goods unless it is due to their negligence.
  • The Customer is advised to procure appropriate insurance for their Goods.

7. Delivery:

  • The Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services will make best efforts to deliver the Goods within the agreed timeframe.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and the Company shall not be held responsible.

8. Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of the service by the Customer may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the notice period.

9. Complaints and Claims:

  • Any complaints or claims must be submitted within a reasonable time frame.
  • Claims for damages must be supported by evidence.

10. Force Majeure:

  • The Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services shall not be liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand State.

12. Entire Agreement:

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

By availing the services of the Ranjeet Singh Tempo Services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Customer is advised to read, understand, and seek clarification if necessary before agreeing to proceed with the services.
